This newly discovered act from noize technician Kaiju (aka John A. Thomas) entangles our mind with five alluring tracks that remind me of Xorcist meets Ah Cama-Sotz.
We are introduced with "MODified" which takes on destructive rhythms that are complimented strongly by dark analog string textures and terror-dripping vocals. Next track "cOnceptual comPLiance" introduces turbulent break-noize beats layered by intense analog rhythmics and menacing voxx that paces fiercely with the track. "eFFektshun" (radio edit by Paralyzed Circuitry) damages us with furious attacking beats, pulsations, and erratic phases that presents itself as something that could possibly be on Ant-Zen. Track four, "progresS" gives us pressurized electro-trance percussive arrangements surrounded by melodic harsh whispering voxx. We end this release with the chaotic and recycled noise textures of "cerebral annihilation." Which transitions to its second part entitled "under a HALOGEN lit SKY" that takes on spacey-trancelike noise rhythms that are entangled with dirges, loops, and phasing effects. Soon to be officially released on DSBP, this fairly new project is well worth the listen. I anticipate even better things to come from this promising act.
