this is a new single supporting full-length "void" from a band that for along time has been defining what synthpop is all about. this short disk contains radio edit of the title track that is a decent danceable composition with light orchestration and familiar vocals. not too bad, but nothing really special.

the cd continues with "re-invent yourself" that leaves awkward and cluttered feeling with its slow tempo and silly out-of-place vocals and chorus. instrumental "moonbeam" is a refreshing surprise that almost eliminates the disappointment left after "re-invent yourself". "moonbeam" doesn't sound like a typical de/vision track - it is full of samples, the melody is light but the sound possesses certain depth made even more obvious by graceful synthlines and lack of vocals.

killer dance mix of famous "hear me calling" by mesh completes this disk that started so poorly. this mix of an old hit possesses a perfect balance of danceable edge and softness that once made it so popular.
