into my arms
tracing the history of the band from the early darkwave-like years of "winter fish testosteron" and "forest enter exit" to recent more synth-pop sounding "kasmodiah", you will notice that the progress is obvious - cleaner, tighter sound, better vocal mixing and the songs that are getting more addictive and catchy.
the disk starts out with amazing "into my arms" mixed by derek von krogh, that transformed this song from slow graceful track into charming dancefloor hit where veljanov's vocals is backed by strong dancy melody.
bare minimum of instruments is used on "2nd sun (studio version)", letting veljanov's voice lead this slow and melancholic song.
as with earlier band's work, together with outstanding tracks there's also something that makes you wonder why it was ever placed on the cd. this time it is a quite silly "we don't need this fascist groove thing" that is a simple fast-paced dancefloor track.
the bonus is an incredible video for both derek von krogh's and original versions of "into my arms" - filmed in prague, it matches the song perfectly enhancing its romantic and delicate atmosphere.
