Loki Foundation puts out another good release for the mind composed and arranged by Andreas Wahnmann. First Law uses a lot of strings and peculiar music elements to built its ambient structures, approaching almost electro standards with its sound.

The band is dealing with an array of various dark ambient themes and environments that could easily fill a movie soundtrack. Track three, "Amphetamine Sulfate" evokes a journey into the dark atmospheres that are surrounded with a subtle melodic analog chords and a thematic beat. Track six , "Triazolam", brings us hypnotic rhythms and textures that dig in deeper into the mind's eye; somewhat reminiscent of Blink Twice's ritualistic material.

"Lithium Carbonate" continues on with the dense atmospheres that float you into another realm. "Chlorpromazine" caries on the intensified hypnotic states with subtle of high pitched frequencies and equalized bass phases; a nice conclusive track keeping much to transitional states of being.
