juno reactor delivers this short ep full of wonderful trancy synthlines, jumpy beats and nice melodies. the music is relatively complex and utilizes dancy beats, very clean and catchy sequences, and should appeal to any fan of trance or goa (those astral projection freaks!). amusingly enough, some of the loops (on "feel the universe" in particular) reminded me of the elements used by several industrial projects (or is it the other way around?). overall "samurai" is extremely danceable, light, and rather intelligent release.
