i picked up this cd after i heard "listen to the birds" on synth-pop compilation. the voice was amazing and the song itself was great - a little bit too poppy, but very catchy, with great lyrics; the vocals was simply amazing. "believe", a slow synth-pop ballad, is a first great song from the album - very nice lyrics, simple melody, clear powerful vocals. it is followed by "see you smile" - an upbeat track with female backing vocals; very catchy and a bit silly and funny; very pleasant altogether. ballad "immortal" is another favorite with a nice chorus and clean clear melody. "bitch" is a song that is supposed to be harsh, but the lyrics turn it into a nice and quite amusing track. "shall i call" is a melancholy ballad where patrick gray's vocals is simply irresistable blended together with a nice guitar on the background. almost every song on the album is equally good and catchy, and i could go on describing every single one.

this disk might be a bit too simplistic and light, but it is incredibly sweet and catchy with slight melancholy added to the mix; the vocals however makes you forget about those flaws together with the lyrics that is pretty funny at times and vocalist's accent make it even more charming.
