the flavor of power electronics created by french propergol assaults the listener with noisy ambient similar to that of stratvm terror or cazzodio. slowly pulsing crunchy sound, advancing walls of controlled ambiance, tuned-down shrieks and corroded noises blend in an excellent aggressive mix.

heavily distorted layered feedback, cold corroded noises, piercing squeals are the main elements used on tracks like "cleanshaven", "wood trash", "la petite fille au bout du" and this seems to be the strongest side of propergol. the harshness and density created on those tracks are really outstanding, strangely appealing structures are created and then swept away by massive soundwaves.

that album would have been perfect if not for the lack of variation during overly stretched compositions, and presence of several tracks that were nothing more than a mix of few random samples and sparse noises thrown in - nothing resembling the energy mentioned above. hopefully the band will escape those shortcomings and evolve into a strong power electronics act.
