ah cama-sotz vs. frames a second

this is truly a collaboration release – staring with the artists that have completed the tracks for each other, continuing with mastering done by phil easter of malignant technologies and with packaging put together by ReCyDesign (those of you following hybryds would recognize this name).

ah cama-sotz finishes up “ankh” by frames a second – fluctuating pulsating waves of dark static complement bubbling percussion. chaotic and abrasive, yet possesses straightforward drive that seems to somehow “flatten” original ah cama-sotz sound.

deceptive rate seems to be more interesting – deep atmospheric sweeps, corroded electronic waves pierced by sparse broken beats that build up to dominate this track, carefully shaping feedback layers.

overall, this is definitely a bonus for fans of both bands, presenting a slightly different perspective on their sound.
