once again - i am not a big ambient fan, but i can tell that this cd might be interesting for the ones that are. this project delivers the cold frequences, minimalistic repetitive percussion, monotonous song structures. the beats and noises get rearranged from song to song but essentially remain the same. swirling analog noises and dark sound manipulations create a pretty interesting atmosphere of modulated noise and slightly irritating beats. occasional bass or drilling noises add some weight to the compositions. on some of the tracks there is a haunting voice speaking in french adding a mysterious and interesting touch to the cd's atmosphere.

the overall bubbling, pulsing, swirling, vibrating atmosphere is never too noisy or distorted or menacing; my favorite songs are "le facteur humain I" that introduces an interesting drilling sound and waves of vibrating static and "le facteur humain" with repetitive beat pattern pierced with distorted frequences. this release is too much of a technoid sound manipulation exercise to interest me for long enough, but i have to admit it is quite hypnotizing in its repetitiveness and constant changes on the background.
